Hi there! I’m Laura — a photographer, lifelong horse lover, & someone who feels most at home exploring the world with a camera in hand. What started in college as taking graduation portraits for friends has grown into the joy of capturing countless love stories & authentic moments.
When it comes to weddings, elopements, & destination adventures, I’m always ready to travel (& hike!) to the places that matter most to you. My goal is to make you feel comfortable & confident in front of the camera, turning what can feel intimidating into an experience you’ll treasure just as much as the photos themselves.

To have her as your photographer is to have a visionary artist who is more than prepared to be a hype woman, wrangler of disorderly groomsmen, and bring up the vibe. She even managed to capture my dad smiling WITH HIS TEETH (a rare occurrence)! Laura will make sure you get your shot list and go above and beyond to fulfill your photo dreams. She has also been incredibly collaborative on specific edits for portraits - no detail is too small.
Laura has photographed many life milestones for me: artsy college graduation photos in my mother's prom dress frolicking through a field, engagement photos on a dock in 100° heat, a rehearsal dinner with beautiful vintage flash photography, all day of our wedding, and bridal portraits galavanting around DC. If there is a life event she has not photographed for me, it's because she's half way across the country to photograph an elopement like a superstar.
